7 years agoI've been there 3 times and usually the service was okay. Today and possibly my last time was horrible! From the rude cashier holding a baby to getting a burnt Pattie and bacon then leaving to see that I had a dry bacon cheese burger with no veggies and over seasoned fries that I just paid $10+. When I returned the cashier said, "oh we have a do it yourself veggie bar"think you could have told me before. Do better with your customer service

7 years agoWent here on 12/30/18. Took forever to get our pizzas, that were pre ordered from Richland, then went to the DG and still had to wait over 30 mins once I got there. The cheese pizza was burnt, and the other 2 tasted horrible. The owner contracted me thru messenger apologizing, and stated would refund and make this right. It is now 02/2019, still no refund of $51.52 for 3 pizzas and stopped getting any response through messenger.
